Are there any hidden fees?
No. The fee displayed before you confirm is the only fee you pay. Our exchange rate margin is included in the displayed rate — no surprise deductions.
When is the exchange rate locked?
The rate is locked for 15 minutes from when you initiate a transfer. If you take longer, the rate refreshes to the current market rate.
Why is the fee higher for Nigeria?
Nigerian bank transfers require additional compliance checks and intermediary bank processing, which slightly increases the cost. We're working to reduce this.
Is the first transfer really free?
Yes — for new accounts, the transfer fee on your first transfer is waived. You still receive our best exchange rate.
Do you charge for failed transfers?
No. If a transfer fails for any reason on our end, you receive a full refund within 1-2 business days.
